Ξενύχτησα
τραγουδώντας για σένα
το άσμα του Σολομώντα
Να άκουσες άραγε 
έστω ένα στίχο
ή χάθηκαν 
λόγια και μελωδίες
στη στάχτη των Σοδόμων;

even a single verse
or did they go astray
